From the first conversation, Donna Neises, gave us time and consideration. It felt like she understood the emotional pressure selling and buying a new home created.
She made an initial visit to our home to discuss rearranging furniture, paintings and had excellent suggestions.
Before asking for a single commitment, she did her research, knew the facts and presented documentation supporting prices and expectations.
We believe the amazing speed at which our home sold (2 ½ weeks) is due to her professionalism, the quality brochures provided and strong marketing techniques of a good business woman.

The total marketing package that you pulled together really helped to sell our house during a time that the housing market has been moving backward instead of forward. We received many compliments on how the home showed as a result of your insights on how to stage the home and present it in the wonderful manner it deserved to be shown. The multiple forms of media (for example print through brochures, mailings, and postcards ; internet access on multiple websites ; face-to-face with broker walk throughs and open houses) really helped to get the word out regarding the house. Finally, during one of the more stressful points of selling a home, the negotiation process, your coaching and advice was timely and accurate.
